The Color & Style Membership Agreement

The Color Bar Hair Salon

This Color & Style Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Color Bar Hair Salon (“Salon”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By enrolling in this membership, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

The Color & Style Membership provides members with exclusive access to discounted hair color and styling services, available only with Level 1 and Level 2 stylists.

2. Membership Benefits

Members receive:
✔ Regular Color Maintenance – Touch-ups and refreshes to maintain vibrant color.
✔ Blowouts & Styling – Professional styling services.
✔ Exclusive Discounts – Reduced rates on select treatments and products.
✔ Priority Booking – Early access to appointments.
✔ Member-Only Perks – Special promotions and VIP event invitations.

3. Membership Eligibility & Terms

  • This membership is valid only with Level 1 and Level 2 stylists.

  • Membership must be active at the time of service to receive benefits.

  • If Member is not enrolled at the time of booking, they must enroll on their first visit or pay non-member pricing.

  • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Membership Fees & Payment

  • Membership fees are charged monthly on the agreed payment date.

  • Payments are automatically charged to the card on file.

  • Declined payments must be resolved within 7 days to avoid membership cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • The Salon reserves the right to terminate a membership for excessive no-shows or failure to comply with policies.

6. Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice.

  • All outstanding balances must be paid before cancellation is finalized.

  • Canceling forfeits any remaining membership benefits.

7. Salon Policies

Members must comply with all salon policies regarding appointments, services, and conduct.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Color & Style Membership terms and conditions.
