Cancellations and No-Shows
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear for their reservations will also be charged 100% of the booked service.
Child Safety Policy
For the safety of children and the comfort of all guests:
Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon.
Young children in carriers or strollers cannot be placed near service areas.
Children capable of sitting quietly (12+) may wait in the designated seating area.
This policy ensures a relaxing atmosphere and minimizes risks in a busy salon environment.
Service Pricing
Prices may vary depending on the stylist’s experience and the length or thickness of the client’s hair. A “+” symbol indicates variable pricing.
Discounts and Promotions
At The Color Bar Hair Salon, we aim to provide a luxurious and transparent experience. Please review our policies regarding discounts and promotions:
Non-Combination of Offers: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Minimum Service Requirement: Discounts apply only to service totals of $45 or more before taxes and fees.
Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to retail products, taxes, or additional charges unless specified.
Application: Clients must mention discounts or promos before services begin to qualify.
Expiration and Modifications: All promotions are subject to expiration dates, and The Color Bar reserves the right to adjust or cancel offers at any time.
Retail Product Return Policy
Unopened Products: Exchanges only for retail products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Opened Products: For hygienic reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Receipt Required: Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
Bellami Hair Extension Policy
Exchange Eligibility: Unopened Bellami hair extensions may be exchanged within 30 days for the correct color or style within the same product range.
Return Restrictions: Opened or used Bellami extensions cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene standards.
Medical Considerations: Certain medications may contribute to hair loss, which could affect the longevity or suitability of hair extensions. Consult with your doctor if you suspect your medication may be a factor.
Maintenance Requirements: To ensure the longevity of your Bellami hair extensions, proper home maintenance is essential. This includes brushing from top to bottom and in between extensions regularly. Failure to maintain your extensions properly will void the install warranty.
Slipped Beads: If you experience a slipped bead, please call the salon, and we will schedule a quick fix appointment for you. Slipped beads are not uncommon and can be easily corrected.
Return Process: All exchanges must include proof of purchase and must be pre-approved by contacting info@colorbartx.com. Instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval.
The Color Bar Hair Salon Re-Do Policy
At The Color Bar Hair Salon, we are dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied. While we strive to deliver exceptional service during every visit, we understand that there may be rare occasions where adjustments are needed. Our re-do policy is designed to ensure the best possible outcome for our guests. Please note that if a higher-level stylist is involved, additional service charges may apply to reflect the price difference in levels.
Re-Do Policy
Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with your service, we offer a re-do within 7 days of your original reservation.
Process:
The original service provider will make every effort to address your concerns and perform the re-do.
If you prefer to see a different stylist of the same level, a higher-level stylist will oversee the re-do to ensure optimal results.
Limitations: Re-dos are not eligible for changes in the originally requested service. They are designed to correct the original service outcome.

Payments and Gratuities
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in service fees but may be added to credit card payments or given in cash.
No Pets Policy
For safety and hygiene, pets are not permitted in the salon, in accordance with Texas state law.

Photo Release Policy

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival.
Medical Interactions and Hair Loss
Certain medications may contribute to hair loss. While not everyone will experience this side effect, some drugs are more likely to cause hair loss than others. If you suspect your medication is causing hair loss, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
