Discounts and promos:

At The Color Bar Hair Salon, we are committed to providing our clients with outstanding salon experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity regarding discounts and promotions, we have established the following policy:

  1. Non-Combination of Discounts and Promotions:

    • Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one discount or promo can be applied per salon visit.

  2. Minimum Service Requirement:

    • To be eligible for any discount or promotional offer, the total value of the selected services must be $45 or more. The minimum service requirement is calculated before taxes and additional charges.

  3. Application of Discounts and Promos:

    • Discounts and promotional offers are applicable only to the qualified salon services and do not apply to retail products, taxes, or any extra charges.

  4. Expiration and Modification:

    • All discounts and promotional offers are subject to expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time of promotion. The Color Bar Hair Salon reserves the right to modify or terminate any discount or promo at any time.

  5. How to Apply Discounts:

    • Clients must inform their stylist or the front desk about the applicable discount or promo before the commencement of services. Failure to do so will result in the regular, non-discounted price being charged.

  6. Ineligibility:

    • Discounts and promotions are not applicable to certain services, specific stylists, or in combination with other salon promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  7. Clarifications:

    • For any questions or clarifications regarding our discount and promo policy, clients can contact our salon reception

Extensions Returns:

Do you have an exchange policy?

We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened BELLAMI Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

May I exchange my order?

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

You may exchange your BELLAMI Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. BELLAMI Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

Bellami hair can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.

Why are BELLAMI Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

How can I exchange my hair extensions to the right color?

You must contact us first at (pro@bellami.com) within the industry leading thirty (30) day exchange period.. All BELLAMI Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in Los Angeles, CA, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

When will I receive my exchange?

We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal.

What is the exchange period?

We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

May I exchange BELLAMI Hair Extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange.

Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

Special Considerations:

Please notify our reservations specialist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

Guarantee:

Although we do not give cash refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee of 7 Days. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no expense to you with in 7 Days!

Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of services booked. Any “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the services booked.

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Payments & Gratuities:

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.

Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Gratuity is accepted on credit cards; however, we do accept gratuity made in cash.

Our stylists work on a level system, which means our pricing for hair services is tiered to reflect their expertise. The prices quoted are the starting price for the service, and may be higher depending on the stylist.

No Pets:

Sorry, but by Texas state law, no pets are allowed in a salon.

Service Pricing:

A “+” sign after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. After professionals complete training sessions and educational workshops with industry leaders, their prices increase to reflect a new skill level. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair.

Child Safety Policy:

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Green Apple Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
